I have a signal 69 pending at 4144 Memorial Drive. Complainant advised that male walked past with a knife and a gun. Advising do not walk past him. It's going to be a Black male, 30 to 40, red head wrap, black and blue jacket and blue jeans. Last seen at Shell gas station behind the location 15 minutes ago.
