3, I've got a call of a suspicious auto on the beat with occupants, 18th and Rubel, Rubel and 18th Street. Believes a male Hispanic teenager attempted to carjack him while he was at the Shell gas station. Offender jumped out of his own vehicle and attempted to approach the caller's vehicle. Looks about 5'4 in height, black hair, white t-shirt, gray sweatpants, sling bag on his, I guess, I don't know. He was in a fully tinted BMW sedan.
