Date of birth, September 17th, 1946. He's wearing a brown hat, blue shirt, and blue jeans, and is known to be armed with a knife. Advising he's intoxicated and threatening to kill the complainant. Complainant's standing by outside a female Black wearing leopard pajamas at 1103 North Dunlap Street. 686.
