Units pulling for a reckless drive in the area of 38th Ave North and 4th Street North, 38 and 4. It's a reference to a motorcycle that was weaving in traffic. Tag of Sierra Charlie X-ray Romeo 45. Also seen, per the complainant, looked like they were trying to get a black SUV, unknown tag, to follow them. Couldn't see, make or model of the motorcycle. Last seen headed southbound on 4th Street. Nothing further, 2004.
