Southeast units, BL beat 43 in the area of El Vista and Encino for a silver Dodge Ram with a tow rack in the rear. Plate 69596, Paul 3. RP thought that he was DUI due to him slipping in the roadway and almost TC'ing. He was last seen southbound El Vista. Zebra 1, show me on that last BL. Copy.
