Didn’t happen in Crofton as far as I can tell. Multiple reports on Facebook of people driving that way to check it out and there was nothing to indicate that the accident occurred there. The intersection mentioned is in Severna Park. If you listen to the dispatch call, it’s clear that both the dispatcher and responding units are different voices from the first part of the call to where they say “1690 Crofton Parkway”. There was a report of a gas odor at 1690 Crofton Parkway within a couple of minutes of the incident in Severna Park. Perhaps the wires got crossed in the Citizen app.
