Baker 1, Baker 10, physical disturbance at Brittingham Park, 829 West Wash, near the playground. There was a woman that was chasing a younger girl on a mobility scooter, and then she started hitting her. The woman on the scooter left. She's going eastbound on West Wash now. I'm still waiting on a description.
