3400 Soda Canyon Drive. It's an HMA or BMA, black hoodie. Was knocking on RP's door and is now sitting on her porch. She's been there for at least 20 minutes and she's too scared to open the door. Believes that he arrived on foot. 10-4, I'll be out.
