I'll advise. 10-4, Charlie 1, 10-8. 13 Papa Northwest, 24th Boulevard Northwest, 39th Avenue, Evergreen uptown. My caller's advising there's a shorter Bravo Mike for shoulder length, fat dreads, wearing all black. He's 20 to 30. Last seen headed eastbound on 39th Avenue. Complainants saw him and he called out to him, has called him about him before. He's yelling at people walking by him, skating, trying to get into a 22 Foxtrot, being aggressive towards people.
