Sir, we're going to need you to take a ride to 1128 Spring Street. It's going to be at the Holiday Inn, just to check the issue with their boiler room. Not sure what's going on. Calls in by maintenance for somebody from the area, a worker of some sorts. They're having some sort of loud noise. There is no water damage. There is no fire or smoke, but just to check the issue of the boiler room.
