Lieutenant 23, log 59 out of my unit. I'll be 10-8, no report. 10-4. Have an incident that came in at 240 South E as in Edward. Fire's en route to go check it out. Basically, we had an RP call in advising there was some type of cardboard hanging on or over the power lights. They just had some concerns.
