I guess the speed bumps and flashing school lights don’t stop the lawbreakers. Hopefully the car that was hit the driver is ok. There are plenty of comers there but with Phila’s “driving equity laws” the person won’t be caught or prosecuted anyway.

Anyone who received a drivers license since 2020 should be retested, ASAP
I was on the bus and it was crazy I feel so bad for thease people I hope their okay
