Police have received a report of two men panhandling causing traffic congestion.

Dispatch, just be advised, I just transferred a call to Tulsa County for two males that are panhandling at 126th Street North and 129th East Avenue. They are advising that it's starting to back up traffic on the north and south side of the roadway. Again, I did transfer that call to Tulsa County.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at E 126th St N & N 129th East Ave.
