PD, current engineering building, 428 South Shaw. Caller is Garth, he would like a TX. Yesterday, there was a student that didn't get into a group. He threatened to file some sort of Title IX claim and said he'd be showing up on Monday, 730, regardless. They found an old Instagram account with his pictures holding a gun to his head.
