47 at 3129 East Cactus Rope, Companion Pet Clinic. Unknown race male, no further description, unknown weapon. He's under a blanket, blue shoes with white stripes, near the west end of the building, the back door. They want him removed. No one wants contact, though, at 937. Is there a unit to follow?
