25 units, broadcast for a 23-152, last seen northbound 238, just south of the East 14th. Per the caller, it's a dark gray Jeep with a plate out of Missouri, Adam, Adam, Kane, Paul, A1, which returns wrecker, not on file. Possibly one in the same as the other broadcast. It was swerving in and out of lanes, and the time element is about five ago. Nothing further, going to be clear at 23-22.
