It's going to be at Walnut Street Bridge, south side. It's 96 Walnut Street, 96 Walnut Street. There's going to be a white male in his 30s, brown hair, wearing dark t-shirt and jeans. Standing near a man singing songs, possibly yelling at people, trying to get them to fight him. People are ignoring him. He's also yelling at cars and other pedestrians. You're not at, can you show me? No RP to see on this. Service for a second? I'm clear. 27, clear.
