10-4. 1413. 1413. Reckless driver, Armitage and Central Park. Central Park and Armitage going northbound. Vehicle in front of them is driving erratic, speeding, swerving in and out of the lanes, allowing stop signs. It's a dark-colored Mitsubishi Outlander, George Eddie 72028. No description of the driver because that's tinted windows, but they believe there were two people in the vehicle. It's got some time on it. You can handle it accordingly. 10-4.
