We're holding a disturbance just occurred at the Q-dover, 211 North 12th, making contact with caller, Nicole Barnhill. She says a 50s-year-old, white male, gray shirt, tan pants is accusing caller of using his wife's information to gain Social Security benefits. Caller doesn't know who he is. Our caller does have a history as well. Station 5, 1830. 1830.
