Charles 48, Charles 42, Charles 41, Sam 4 to copy a 952 at the Taco Bell at 356 Foreign Road in 4C Charles. We have a 911 open line with no one coming to the line. Sounds of a large 415 with the multiple subjects yelling. Looks like we just received a duplicate call. We're landlined with someone. Four subjects were 242-ing two others and about 30 subjects are 906. Possibly the kids from Kennedy. 356 Foreign Road.
