All units in the northern area, there's an ETL sent over from Salem from 300 Commercial Street, the Schmeichel to Parkade. Two parents were there seen hitting and slapping their juveniles, left in a vehicle, and the vehicle's RO address returns in Gales Creek, which is just west of Portland.
