1063 Washington Boulevard in Foxmoor at Cold Ninja's. A caller is going to be the owner. Last report, harassment. There are two adults that have been coming into his business, asking about specific information of a juvenile that attends. He has told them that that's private information due to the child's age, and they continue to stay there. Appeals to leave. They are not on scene right now. If you want.
