Engine area 1 for a road rage incident, Westbound I-94 from Moreland. Westbound I-94 from Moreland. There's a purple dump truck that's all over the roadway. They made inappropriate hand gestures to the caller twice. They say that the dump truck calculated risk with cars on the back of it. It's through elevated trucking. It's getting off at Moreland southbound. No plate on the back.
