Calling about a male that was shoplifting from the business. He left out of the store, male, Black, all-black clothing. He was armed with a gun. There was an off-duty deputy that works for another police agency that was on the scene attempting to assist. That subject pulled a gun on the off-duty officer, but they lost the visual of the subject in the area. A somber on Perkins. It's 585 North Perkins at Lowe's. Any cars that can clear to pull over? Your number?
