Priority 2 suspicious, 1210 Lee Street, Lee Street parking garage, level M. The mic, one of the workers is advising a male is on level M, running in between cars and checking door handles. He's a white male with a backpack, beanie, unknown color. They have not gone up there to check yet, but they're assuming he still is on that level.
