For our Kenwood fire monitors, Engine 52, Engine 51, Engine 53, Medic 51, Medic 53, and Car 3, on a possible structure fire at the Kim's K-9, 3108 Broadmoor Avenue Southeast, 3108 Broadmoor Avenue Southeast. Staff advising, lights sparked, they saw flames and smoke happen approximately three times. They have turned off the breaker. 953.
