to a found property, 1617 East Chestnut Street. Five minutes ago, subjects arrived in a silver Honda passenger car and dropped off a mountain bike or an e-bike next to the log point. Caller's concerned it might be stolen. One of the subjects was male, black, no shirt, gray shorts, no description of the driver. The plate was Tom King 4, King 8 Edward.
