San Diego units, we're getting reports of a wrong-way driver, southbound 163 at the 805, going northbound southbound lane. It's a black pickup truck, possibly a Chevrolet Silverado, slow speed going about 40 in the number 1 lane of the transition. RPA advised, southbound 163 to southbound 805 at the transition.
