Signal 14, I have a BOLO for a Black female, 10-4 on charges for battery and felony theft. It's going to be for Brittany J. Marshall. She's a Black female, 5'2", approximately 130 pounds. She's wearing a gray shirt, black pants, and she's located at or pinging in the area of 1729 23rd Street. Should be possibly gambling with the $1,000 that she stole.
