413, check with being at Home Depot, 2104 East. Caller's called back in twice now. The first time, he was very evasive, wouldn't tell us if he needed some medical or just an officer. Did tell us he's wearing a maroon hoodie, white sweatpants, he's a male, white. Now he just called in saying that he committed a crime but won't tell us anything else and did request EMS as well. 4511, clear. 413, clear.
