We just have a report of a suspicious person in the area of Harsh and 16th Southeast, Harsh and 16th Southeast. Caller's advising there was a male carrying a bottle and a string. They thought maybe it was a bottle rocking, and he's attempting to set it off. He was last seen walking in the street, and the caller actually almost hit him. As near as I can tell, it's going to be walking eastbound on Harsh between 16th and George Redbird, at least in that general area by the school.
