I went and checked it out, the scene was wrapping up upon arrival. 1x suspect in cuffs being questioned by SDPD and 1x patient transported via ambulance prior to arrival. Witnesses on scene being questioned as well. The incident appeared to have happened inside a home, not in public.

Right next to the elementary school and during rush hour on a busy street! No where is safe
I’m confused. I live across the street from this incident and there were no gun shots or anyone taken in ambulance. A lady claimed to have gotten stabbed and was accusing a man of doing it but police checked her out and she was not injured or anything
