Rupert Road and Cindy Lane for a report of two adults passing basketball back and forth across the street. Seemed to be a non-purpose when vehicles were passing by, break. continuing, will be a HMJ or WMJ red shirt, male dupe, white tank top, black shorts. They're now walking towards the park. Advise not the person, two have done this. 10-1, copy, I'll be 85, I'll advise on the back. 10-1, 10-4.
