4525. 4525, in front of 219 Forsyth Street, off of Fern Park Drive and Broadmoor Drive. they passed by and see a 80-year-old male. Said he fell onto his face. He's covered in blood laying on the ground. Not sure how long he's been there. 3101. Received, I'll add that.
