Got another welfare check. I believe it's the same male from earlier. It started at 17 Sturgis Street, Sturgis by Windsor. Black male, all black clothing, jumping in front of vehicles. Another caller says he's now moved up the hill. He was last seen on Greenhill Park by the war memorial. Black male, 20 to 30 years old, wearing all black, seen out of it, was swaying all around.
