Central Sheriff 77, assignment. Go ahead. Or if there's anybody a little bit closer to the area, it's going to be a pedestrian accident over at the get-go, 1251 Manor Ave. A female in a black RAV-4 hit a male on an e-bike, and apparently the driver is now driving away.
