Who cares if they aren’t NYPD…pay your fare or don’t get on…pretty simple
Good they need to pay their fare
If people keep stealing from your business are you not going to do something???? Why should they just let you ride the bus and trains for free. Delays are common on every means of transportation and you still pay to fly, or get on Amtrak, metro north or grey hound but for some reason you guys think MTA should be free. If you don’t have the money walk or get a bike.
Raise the penalty to $5000 and watch how everyone will begin to pay the fare
