Brighton car is a suspicious male, 1881 Monroe Avenue with five guys. 76, I'll go start. All right, it's a thin young male, Black, making shooting gestures at cars riding by. He's about 21 years of age, black shirt, black jeans. He had it in the five guys. Copy. All right, 72, I'll start. 10-4.
