Truck 6, respond along with PD to Wires Down and Concord, 1980 Encima Drive, 1980 Encima Drive. Concord PD is advising that a tree service cut a branch that fell onto the power line and pole. There is arcing and sparking. They have two units en route for traffic control. PG&E will be advised. BLS 1, Code 2 medical, Concord, 5193 Brookside Lane, crossing Green Meadow Drive, for a 40-year-old male with knee pain, unable to walk.
