1243, Paul 93, at the library, 2200 Pioneer Avenue, 2200 Pioneer, on the north side, there was a male that was attacked by a dog. The dog is still in the area. Male is standing on top of a car to get away. They appear to have bite wounds on their chest. The dog's going to be about a 100-pound brown dog with a black face, floppy ears, and has a black color. We'll be contacting the animal control as well. 1243. Paul 93. 1244.
