10-4, it was going to be at 1930 Foothill. Once again, 1930 Foothill. It was a vehicle, correction, an individual passed out in a vehicle. It's a red Ford Fiesta, negative 26. Individual was possibly a female, and the vehicle was last seen southbound from the area. Tenderly of about 10 minutes. NCB was concerned that the individual was possibly on some sort of 10-18 or 57.
