Rally to North units in the area of Falls and Neuse Road and Old Wake Forest Road, be on the lookout for a gray Nissan pickup truck, North Carolina 28 of John Boy Lincoln 7985. Vehicle's reportedly break-checking other vehicles and almost crashed into the bus stop and sped off. The driver was a white male in a burgundy hat and gray hoodie. Vehicle was last seen passing the Burger King headed towards downtown. Affection of traveling south.
