Engine 501, Medic 501, I'll show you en route to an EMS call at the Oaks Flower Mound, 3281 Long Prairie Road. You're rolling on a 92-year-old female, conscious and breathing, who fell in the shower due to the shower chair breaking and has hit her head. She is currently stuck in the shower chair.
