1040 and a half, West 57th Street. The suspect is the ex-boyfriend, male, Hispanic, 35 years old with a long ponytail, 5'6", medium-build, possibly armed with a knife. Unit that came in the alley, if you could just go back, these two, this property is going to be those two units just to the north of you. You're right in front of where, like, the courtyard would be.
