515 East Monroe, security advising that there's a party at the dumpster on the east side of the building, arrived in a white compact minivan, should be facing the medical building. There's a male that got out of that vehicle that started digging in the trash, male white in a gray hoodie and an additional female white in a gray hoodie. They advise the male half has a hammer in his hand, says like him to leave the property. 515 East Monroe, east side of the building.
