Radio, can you send me EMS? I'm currently on West 3rd and Superior Avenue for a female conscious and breathing, possibly in her 30s. She's claiming that she's feeling tipsy right now, about to fall off. She was in the altercation earlier, and she got bleeding from her eyebrow a little bit.
