1 10. Just for the ticket, no gun was ever seen, just a loud noise at the window breaking and an object. There's a lot of inconsistencies with shots fired. There's no evidence. It's just being treated as criminal damage at this time. No further notice. Alright, 132 is going to be treated as criminal damage at this time.

This actually sounds like it should be shots fired. It says he shot the glass. He was holding that gun, looks like a pistol, heard a gunshot, saw the offender go westbound on Cullerton.
