For both, it's going to be 5630 South Washington Avenue. The home should be empty as the tenants were recently evicted. The caller is seeing people walking with flashlights around the property. A white sedan and a black sedan are parked behind the property. There is also unusual equity. It's too dark to get a description of any of the people and how many are in there.
