323. 323. 23, let me get you to 72 and Dorchester for a suspicious person. It's a male Black. She said he follows her when she goes out to walk her dog. He's about 5'10", low-fade, dark complexion, wearing an orange and yellow vest and jeans. She said when she was walking, he turns, she turns and he turns behind her. She feels uncomfortable. She's giving 72 and Dorchester now. Snow.
