Mill Creek 52, Holiday 57 for a violent psychiatric. Mill Creek 52. 57. B4600 South Highland Drive at Spring Creek Healthcare. There's a resident that's trying to break the door and has been fighting with employees. It's a Brian Schaffer, 62-year-old male, last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black pants. Currently is in the hallway by his room. I'll advise if I can get clarification if it's still physical or not.
